What does the more-than-asana bit look like?
There are many limbs to the path of yoga. Amongst our classes and workshops, you'll have the opportunity to dive deeper into philosophy, gain a significant amount of knowledge about breathwork, and gather techniques to establish a daily practice.
Yoga is a way of life-- it can greatly improve the quality of your life. Yoga, meaning union, has been around for thousands of years in the East, lighting up the path and guiding the way to "self-realization." In a world where we're constantly looking outside for the answers, this practice guides us inward for the truth. What a game-changer!
